LifeView™ PGT provides the most advanced genetic screening for the IVF embryo available. Studies comparing LifeView to conventional testing methods proved higher pregnancy rates and lower miscarriage rates.
PGT-A
PGT-A screens embryos for aneuploidy so that you and your care team can select an embryo with the correct number of chromosomes (euploid) for transfer, increasing your chances of success and a healthy child.
PGT-A+
PGT-A+ is done in conjunction with PGT-A and indicates if the chromosome abnormality originated from the egg (maternal) or sperm (paternal). PGT-A+ requires saliva samples from the patient, partner, and/or gamete donor in addition to embryo samples.
PGT-M
Monogenic disorders are inherited conditions caused by genetic variants in a single gene. PGT-M is designed for individuals who have a higher chance of passing on these types of conditions to their children.
Embryo Health Score® Test
The LifeView Embryo Health Score test evaluates genetic variants to assess the risk of polygenic conditions like diabetes, cancer, schizophrenia, and heart disease in your future child. It also helps you and your clinician compare disease risks among embryos to decide which one to prioritize for transfer.
PGT-SR
Individuals who are carriers of balanced chromosome rearrangements have a higher chance of creating embryos with extra or missing genetic material. This can lead to fertility problems, pregnancy loss and health issues in an ongoing pregnancy. PGT-SR is designed to select embryos without such chromosome rearrangements for transfer.
M2
Biological parents are screened for a gene associated with increased miscarriage risk. Testing for the M2 haplotype is simple and only requires a saliva sample from the biological parents. If the M2 haplotype is present in any of the biological parents it is possible to screen the embryos for the genetic variant.

What services or tests do you offer?
LifeView™ provides advanced genetic screening for the IVF embryo. Our preimplantation genetic tests include a full suite of tests:
- PGT-A for chromosomal abnormalities
- PGT-A+ for origin of chromosomal abnormalities and identity control
- PGT-M for monogenetic (single-gene) diseases
- PGT-SR for large rearrangements of genetic material (both balanced and unbalanced)
- M2 for possible cause of recurrent pregnancy loss
- The Embryo Health Score Test (EHS) for reducing the risk of multiple common diseases
Are your tests covered by insurance?
Increasing access is very important to us, that is why we work with several fertility benefit providers such as Gaia, Maven, Win Fertility, and Progyny. We also work with financing companies CapexMD and PatientFi.
At this time, our tests are not covered by insurance.
Can I speak to a genetic counselor?
We strongly believe in informed decision making, and because of that, we have in-house genetic counselors available to answer your questions and to help guide you. If you order the Embryo Health Score Test, pre-test genetic counseling is required as part of our process. Post-test genetic counseling is also always available for any of our tests.
What do your tests cost?
We believe strongly in transparency. At the same time, this is a nuanced question—because the cost of genetic testing can vary based on several factors.
Pricing depends on things like:
- Which test you choose
- How many embryos you decide to test
- In some cases, the state you live in
- Whether you’re using a fertility benefit provider
- Whether your clinic is billing you directly or Genomic Prediction is billing you
Some tests have additional considerations:
- PGT-M costs can vary based on the complexity of your case and the number of genes involved.
- PGT-A or PGT-A+ pricing is influenced by the number of embryos screened. PGT-A+ also includes the need to ship a saliva kit.
- PGT-SR pricing may depend on case complexity.
- Embryo Health Score Test also includes a saliva kit
If you already have a fertility clinic you’re working with when you contact us, it’s usually easier for us to provide a more specific price quote. If you’re not yet working with a clinic, we’re still happy to help—we can typically share an estimated price range based on the factors above.
